Dimensions are 6.7 x 9.9 metres. Can seat 80 theatre style, 48 for a formal meal. Has hearing loop. Underfloor heating and acoustic wall boards make this an ideal room for exercise classes, baby groups, small family celebrations. 
Access to kitchen facilities if required.

Hire charges as of 1st of January 2023

Fulbourn residents £20.75 per hour
Non-residents £27.70 per hour
Commercial £34.70 per hour.

For single events, an additional refundable cleaning/damage deposit of £50 to £100 may be required.
