Pilates


Pilates is held every Wednesday morning in the Townley Hall.

 

9.20 - 10.20  -  Mixed level, both challenging and easy options, strengthen, tone and stretch, improve core strength and a stronger back

10.30 - 11.30 -  Beginner Pilates, gentle yet challenging, improve posture, strength and balance. Suitable for all levels - including those returning after injury.


Benefits of Pilates include: Strengthens and tones muscles, creates a stronger back through building core strength, reduces stress, boosts energy and improves flexibility.
