A 8.10 metre wide by 16.40 metres long function hall with a large stage with lighting (available with additional hire charge - must be pre-booked), large drop down screen for films and presentations, and a small kitchen with serving hatch into the Hall. Kitchen has a microwave oven, large fridge, water heater for making hot drinks, cups and saucers, mugs, plates, however you would be required to provide your own cutlery. Hirers are also required to bring their own tea towels. Small foyer area 3.4 x 6.5 metres long which can be used as a welcome area, for example. Seats 200 theatre style, 180 dancing, 110 for a formal meal, 150 for a buffet. Has hearing loop.
Our Hall is open 7 days a week:
Monday - Saturday: 0800 until 0000
Sunday - 0800 until 2000
Hire charges as of 1st of January 2024
Fulbourn Residents £29.10 per hour
Non-residents £36.45 per hour
Commercial £42.95 per hour
For single events, an additional refundable cleaning/damage deposit may be required. Part or all of this deposit may not be refunded and will be used to offset extra cleaning/damages costs if required.
